Shipping & Delivery for Plant Orders

At Sweetly Roses, we are committed to getting your roses and plants to you at the ideal time for planting in your region and in the best possible condition. All our roses are shipped in their pots with their root systems intact, ensuring they arrive ready to thrive. Our shipping process is designed around the health of the plant.

You can view the specific “Shipping Schedule” for each plant variety on its product page. For your convenience and to ensure a successful planting experience, we allow you to choose your preferred shipping week at checkout. We ship Monday through Wednesday of each week to ensure plants are not in transit over the weekend.

Our Guarantee & Warranty

Your success is our priority. Sweetly Roses are guaranteed to be of the highest quality and to arrive in excellent, living condition. If your rose arrives with a legitimate issue (such as broken canes in transit or severe wilting), please contact our Customer Service team within 14 days of receipt with photos of the plant and packaging. We will work promptly to resolve the issue, which may include a replacement or refund. Please visit our dedicated Warranty & Returns page for full details on our plant guarantee policy.

Important Ordering Policies

  • Delivery Dates: The shipping week you select at checkout is an estimate. You will receive a tracking notification via email from FedEx or USPS once your order leaves our nursery. We are not responsible for delays once the carrier has possession of the package.
  • Address Accuracy & Changes: Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you need to make a change, you must contact us at least 10 business days before your scheduled ship date. We cannot modify an order or address once it has been packaged and entered into the carrier’s system.
  • Order Modifications & Cancellations: To modify or cancel an order, you must contact us at least 10 business days before your scheduled ship date. Orders already in the fulfillment pipeline cannot be altered.
  • Order Splitting: We cannot split an order for separate shipments to qualify for free shipping. Each order is processed and shipped as a single unit.
  • Bulb Orders: Orders containing only bulbs (Fall-Planted Bulbs, etc.) ship separately from rose orders and have different seasonal timelines. Bulb-only orders of 3 or more items within the continental U.S. ship for FREE.
